Who We Are
What We Believe
|9:15 a.m. Service
At 9:15 we offer a lively and contemporary music service for people of all ages. Many students and young families attend this service, though all age groups are represented. We use the contemporary English language liturgy of Kenya, and worship with a praise band. It is a great opportunity to gather together with a variety of people to worship the living God. Formed in March 2002, it has been exciting to see this congregation grow to become the largest at St Albans. This relaxed service values freedom and invites participation. Children are welcome, and nursery and Sunday School are provided.
We extend a warm welcome to everyone. Our congregation is made up of a variety of people from many different places. Those who are not from an Anglican background find the service enjoyable, meaningful and easy to follow because the atmosphere is comfortable and the service is projected on a screen. We gather together to celebrate God’s saving work in Jesus, to worship God, and to support each other along the journey.
Please consider joining us – whether you are exploring faith issues, thinking about going back to church, looking for a great church to feel at home in, or just curious; we look forward to welcoming you at the St. Alban’s 9:15 contemporary service.
